Stephen S. Y. WONG

Stephen S.Y. Wong has been Chief Executive Officer of Asia Miles Limited since July 2011. He is responsible for managing Asia’s leading travel and lifestyle rewards programme which has a portfolio of over 10 million members and more than 700 business partners worldwide.

Driving the loyalty marketing strategy of worldwide members, charting the eCommerce and digital technology development, formulating partnership strategy to create business synergy as well as determining database marketing strategy to enhance membership and revenue development – all come under Stephen’s remit.

An ardent advocate of Design Thinking – a collaborative and customer-focused problem-solving methodology – Stephen takes special interest in a stakeholder-centric approach that uses the convergence of innovation, customer insights and technology to drive the company business.

Simon Zhang
Senior Researcher
Noah Ark Lab, Huawei

Dr. Zhang is a leading AI scientist with extensive expertise and experience across machine learning algorithms and distributed computing systems. He devote his efforts to make ML & AI easy for everyone with the mission of building a unified data platform incorporating architecture innovations and hardware advances for real-time analytics on data-intensive applications. He has been a senior researcher on big data analytic systems at Noah Ark Lab in Huawei Research since 2012. He has obtained his PhD from University of Hong Kong in 2011, Master from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Software in 2005.

Adrian HADO
Head of Insights
Asia Miles Limited

Adrian Hado was appointed Head of Insight, Analytics and Customer Experience of Asia Miles in August 2017. As the voice and champion of Asia Miles customers, Adrian is responsible for defining and executing the Asia Miles analytics strategy by driving actionable insights derived from qualitative and quantitative research. He builds customer experience design capabilities in support of business decision making and corporate innovation. He also plays a key role in driving organisational transformation to cultivate a stakeholder-centric culture.
Before joining Asia Miles, Adrian had leadership roles in analytics, insight, customer experience and customer strategy at O2 Telefonica UK, Avios (with British Airways, Iberia and Vueling) and Aurora Fashions. He also has extensive experience in highly-personalised data driven communications with Dunnhumby, working on loyalty programmes across the European retail sector. His work there spanned Tesco, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Nestle amongst 200 other leading FMCG brands.
Adrian holds a Masters in Marketing from the Graduate Business School, University of St Andrews and a BSc in Mathematics with Business and Management from the University of Manchester in the UK. He has completed Design Thinking Bootcamp: From Insights to Innovation at Stanford University’s d.School in the USA.
He has travelled extensively across 6 continents for both business and pleasure. He enjoys almost all sports and practises yoga and boxing daily. In his spare time he loves to cook, write and watch live entertainment.
